Can I drink Spruce alongside my daily vitamins?

Generally, yes! Spruce is designed to complement a healthy lifestyle, and for most people it sits perfectly alongside a daily vitamin routine. That said, as our blends contain added vitamins and minerals, it's worth keeping an eye on your overall intake, especially if you're taking high-dose supplements. If you're ever unsure, a quick check with your GP or nutritionist will point you in the right direction.

Can I drink Spruce if pregnant or breastfeeding?

Spruce is made with natural ingredients and is free from caffeine and sugar, making it a great way to stay hydrated during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. As with anything during this time, we'd always recommend checking in with your midwife or GP first, and keeping an eye on your overall vitamin intake by checking the back of pack, as our blends do contain added vitamins and minerals. But we're big fans of staying well hydrated, and Spruce makes that a whole lot easier.

Can I give Spruce to my children?

Yes! All Spruce ingredients are child friendly, making it a great way to get little ones excited about drinking more water. One thing worth knowing, the vitamin NRVs listed on our packaging and website are based on adult consumption, so guidelines for children may vary slightly depending on age. If you're giving Spruce to younger children, we'd suggest starting with a larger quantity of water to dilute it a little more. My favourite flavour! I think it's best at 400ml dilution. I'd love to be able to get this without the vits in it (just a water flavour powder). If you're already taking an electrolyte/ other supplements (which many of us are), then the vits in the powder are too much.
