How it started

A kitchen table idea
that changed everything.

It started in 2021 with one simple question: why does staying hydrated have to be so boring? We set out to create something better: a hydration product that’s packed with vitamins, tastes incredible, and skips the artificial nonsense.

Today that kitchen table idea has grown into a brand loved by over 100,000 customers across the UK. The mission hasn’t changed: make hydration simple, clean and delicious.

A message from our founder

A recovering
squash addict.

I would consider myself a recovering squash addict. Like a lot of kids (and parents!), I grew up unaware of how bad squash really is, and now I have the dentist bills to prove it.

But plain water just doesn’t cut it for me, and I’ve always wanted something that gives water a bit of a leg up. When I searched for this mystery product back in 2019 and couldn’t find it, the lightbulb started flickering…

Now I’m immensely proud of what Spruce has become: a natural, clean and sugar-free way to make drinking water a pleasure, not a chore.
