Less wondering. More water.
A few things, cleared up.
The little details, before your first glass of green.
Does Revive count towards my water intake?
Yes. The NHS says water and sugar-free drinks all count towards your 6 to 8 glasses a day, and each Revive glass is 300ml or more of water.
How is it different from squash?
There’s no sugar, it’s sweetened with stevia rather than artificial sweeteners, and every glass has vitamins B1, B6, B12, C and D3.
What’s the ginseng for?
Each sachet includes 50mg of Panax ginseng extract as an ingredient. Health claims for ginseng aren’t approved in the UK, so we don’t make any.
How many can I have a day?
One or two glasses a day sits comfortably within the label’s amounts, as each sachet is 50% NRV. If you take other vitamins, keep an eye on your total intake.
Does it contain caffeine?
No. Revive is caffeine free.
Can children have it?
The NRVs on the label are based on adults, so check with your GP or pharmacist before giving it to children.
What if I’m pregnant or taking medication?
Ask your GP, midwife or pharmacist first, especially as Revive contains ginseng extract.
