A small sip. A bigger picture.

Let’s look inside.

Three parts of the story. Each with a different job.

01 / The foundation

Water does
the groundwork.

Your body needs fluid to work normally. Plain water is a great place to start. No sachet required.

good stuff.

Water first.

Everyday hydration doesn’t have to be complicated.

Context counts.

Heat and physical activity can change your fluid needs.

Taste matters.

Just a little

MellowTart

Same sachet, different drink.

Every sachet holds the same fruit. Less water concentrates it into a bolder, tangier glass. More water spreads it into a lighter, softer sip.

Real fruit, tuned to hit the right notes.

We use real fruit powders and natural flavourings, balanced to taste right anywhere between 300 and 500ml.

Start at 500ml, then tune.

Too light? Use a little less water next time. Too punchy? Top it up. Your sweet spot is yours.

Not quite right? Don’t bin it. Add a splash or top up, and taste again.

Desk day? Sweat day? Sunshine day?

Same you.
Different kind of thirsty.

Your routine changes. Your drinking can change with it.

01 / Little and often

A drink within reach.

The NHS suggests 6 to 8 cups or glasses of fluid a day as a general guide. Water, lower-sugar drinks, tea and coffee all count.

Try this: make a drink part of the moments already in your day, with breakfast, lunch and a break.

Not every sachet tells the same story.

of good water.

Different blends. Different ingredients. Always check the label for the one you choose.

A few things,
cleared up.

Good questions deserve straightforward answers.

Is plain water enough?

For everyday hydration, plain water is a good choice. A balanced diet supplies minerals too. You don’t need an electrolyte sachet with every glass.

What actually are electrolytes?

Minerals that carry an electrical charge when dissolved in water. They have roles in fluid balance and normal body function. That doesn’t mean every electrolyte drink is better than water.

Does tea or coffee count?

Yes. The NHS includes tea and coffee in daily fluid intake. Water and lower-sugar drinks count too.

Are all Spruce blends the same?

No. Water enhancers, electrolyte blends and magnesium drinks have different ingredients. Check each product’s label and directions rather than applying one product’s information to the whole range.

What if I have a medical condition?

Ask your GP or pharmacist before changing your fluid or mineral intake if you have a condition or take medication that affects it. Follow any personalised medical guidance you have been given.
