Why I need
your help.

I was a self-confessed squash addict. I knew plain water was the answer, I just couldn’t make myself drink it. So I made something that tastes like it’s naughty and isn’t: real fruit, no sugar, no nasties.

Here’s the thing. Big brands have big ad budgets. We have something better: people who actually drink it and can’t shut up about it. If that’s you, I want you in.

As well as labelling paid links, follow your professional body’s code when you recommend products, for example the BDA’s for dietitians or the AfN’s for registered nutritionists. What is the Spruce affiliate programme?

Do you work with nutritionists, dietitians and personal trainers?

Yes. We’d love to. Nutritionists, dietitians, PTs, coaches and clubs are a big part of the Hydration Nation. Please label paid links clearly and follow your professional body’s code when recommending products.

What can I promote?

The whole Spruce range: water flavouring with vitamins, daily electrolytes, Peach Perfect magnesium, bundles and the Spruce bottle. Your link and code work across the shop.

Who can join the Hydration Nation?

Anyone with an audience who genuinely likes Spruce: creators, coaches, clubs, bloggers and everyday people with a group chat that listens. There’s no follower minimum.

How much do I earn?

10% commission on every order placed through your link or your code. You can see clicks, orders and earnings in your dashboard.

Do my followers get a discount?

Yes. When they shop through your link, they get a discount on their order. Your dashboard shows your link and your code.

How do I get paid?

By bank transfer or PayPal, in pounds. Add your payout details in your creator dashboard once you’re approved, and track every order and commission there.

Is everyone accepted?

We review every application to keep the Hydration Nation genuine. We’ll be in touch by email once you’re approved.

Do I have to label my posts?

Yes. If you earn commission, UK advertising rules say your posts must be clearly labelled, for example with #ad at the start of the caption.
