Less wondering. More water.
A few things, cleared up.
The little details, before your first afternoon glass.
Does Focus contain caffeine?
No. Focus is caffeine free, so it fits any time of day.
What does vitamin B5 do?
Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) contributes to normal mental performance. Each sachet has 6mg, 100% of the Nutrient Reference Value.
Is it an energy drink?
No. There’s no caffeine and no sugar. It’s a black cherry water sachet with vitamins B6, B12 and C, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Why is there ginkgo biloba in it?
Each sachet has 40mg of ginkgo biloba extract, from the leaves of one of the oldest tree species on Earth. Focus is our brain-boosting blend thanks to vitamin B5, which contributes to normal mental performance; the ginkgo is there as a botanical ingredient. There are no authorised health claims for ginkgo itself in the UK.
When should I drink it?
Whenever suits you. Plenty of people make it their mid-afternoon glass instead of a can.
Can children have it?
The NRVs on the label are based on adults, so check with your GP or pharmacist before giving it to children.
What if I’m pregnant or taking medication?
Ask your GP, midwife or pharmacist first, especially as Focus contains ginkgo biloba extract.
